Follow below steps to create your own blog in blogger.com,

1. Create a Google Account.
You have create an Google Account or Gmail to create an blog in blogspot. Once you created your account or if you already have an gmail account, simply login to blogger.com.

2. Enter Your Blog Name
Enter the name of blog which you wanted to select. I just suggest before selecting any name for your blog search, check and buy your domain from domain service providers like BlueHost, SiteGround or Godaddy. Always try to find .com or .org domain if you want to publish your blog to the world instead for particular community or region.



3. Choose a Theme
Choose your theme which are available in blogger and click the Create a blog button. You can also customise your blog themes as per your requirement.



4. Write Your First Post
Once your blog is ready. Start writing your first blog post. Click the Create a New Post button to get started. Write your first post and always use "Preview" option before publishing your blog. Do proof reading. Once everything is fine and ready publish your post to the world.
